New project award - The Grange, Gloucester
April 2026 - We are proud to have secured a scheme alongside Greenwood projects completing a much needed drainage upgrade at the Grange Gloucester. The site is home to many live in residents who will remain in place during construction. We are excited by both the challenge and complexity of this scheme and cant wait to get going. The works consist of pumping chambers, sewage plants, headwalls, drainage pipework and external works and will take us through to Winter 2026.

March 2026 - We are excited to be working alongside Bowmer & Kirkland again on this scheme converting another existing warehouse into a new M&S food. Works consist of internal drainage and foundations, service ducting and substation upgrades and associated external works. We look forward to working with the site team and continuing our strong working relationship.

January 2026 - We are currently recruiting for a setting out engineer to join our team on further secured works.
This role will involve setting out and supporting key elements of the construction, including drainage, foundations, piling and services. You'll also be responsible for maintaining QA records, managing RFI's and liaising closely with the client and design teams

project completion - cleobury Mortimer
December 2025 - Project Completion
Works have drawn to a close on our £2 Million scheme in the Cleobury Mortimer Area. We have spent circa 18 months on site upgrading drainage and completing bespoke externals works throughout. Its been a pleasure to be involved of and we hope to return in the future.

Great to be back working with MCS Construction on this car park extension for Cadent. The works consist of Mass earthworks drainage, foundations, kerbing, parking bays and roads. We look forward to working with the site team and further strengthening our working relationship.
Hyrbid Vehicles
November 2025 - Investment has been made to bring some Hybrid Vehicles into the fleet with the introduction of 4 new Toyota Corollas.
In the combined move away from traditional vans to transport operatives between sites we hope these vehciles wil be success and be the first of a growing number in the fleet.

October 2025 - New 1.7T Excavators Join the Fleet
They come in all shapes and sizes!
Further plant investment brings us some mini excavators to the fleet. This will enable us to further expand our capabilities and reduce reliance on external hire companies when supporting client needs.
New project Award - Glencar, Corby
October 2025 - Repeat Business is essential to what we do and we are proud to have secured further works alongside Glencar. This project consists of upgrades and extensions to existing warehouse facilities including groundwork's associated with sprinkler tanks, Vehicle maintenance units and storage facilities. Our solid variety of experience being put to good use as always!
Colmor Constructions First Apprentice

In a proud moment for the business we have successfully enrolled our first apprentice onto a Quantity Surveying Apprenticeship. Hopefully the start of many with the industry always looking for fresh talent. It has been encouraging to have found a candidate so keen to learn and progress within the industry.

September 2025 - Another new client on the supply chain as we enter the Autumn months.. We are excited to be working alongside bowmer & Kirkland on this scheme converting an old homebase building it a new M&S food ready for Christmas. Works consist of internal drainage and ducting through existing slabs, External Tarmac parking Areas and Service upgrades throughout. We look forward to working with the site team and forging a long lasting strong working relationship.
Birmingham City fc - Trevor Francis Statue
August 2025 - Trevor Francis Statue
Its been wonderful to be involved with further works at Birmingham City Football Club this time in honour of the first £1m pound football Trevor Francis. Our site team have completed finsihing works throughout the area in preparation for the match day celebrations in honour of the man himself!

August 2025 - Another new client on the supply chain to end the Summer. We are excited to be working alongside Vital Energi on this energy centre scheme. Works consist of Concrete slabs, Blockwork, underground service upgrads and drainage. We look forward to working with the site team and forging our ususal strong working relationship.

May 2025 - New Project Award - We have secured 3 further contracts for Portakabin. These include site set up, foundations, drainage, electrical connection and enabling works for their modular buildings. All works will be completed across the Easter Holidays to ensure minimum disruption to the schools. Great projects to be involved with.

St Georges day sees us celebrate 4 years in business. We've certainly learned a lot in the past 4 years but continue to grow whilst keeping the same morals we started with in place. Repeat business is our favourite kind of work! Further drainage works have been instructed on at project at Mawley hall. 450m of 300mm drainage pipes with an 80m fall from top top bottom. Its certainly going to be a challenge but one we look forward to!

March 2025 - New Project Award - Colmor have been selected to complete the groundworks at another prestige private residence consisting of concrete basements, swimming pools, and drainage including attenutaion lakes. We can't wiat to get started!

Project award - Mawley Hall - Summer House Works
December 2024 - Our project at Mawley Hall is in full swing and progressing well. We have now received further instruction for the summer house works - including removal of existing foundations, drainage and reflector pool and associated landscaping.

Chime Software
September 2024 - We have introduced Chime software into the business during the month. Chime is a digital app based platform which assists in managing Health, Safety and Quality in paperless formats. We aim to reduce administration hours, streamline site processes and make day to day management easier for those working within the business. Project completion - New Stanton Park - Glencar
August 2024 - Practical completion has been achieved at New Stanton Park, Ilkeston. Another successful project for a repeat client. This is phase 1 of 7 across the scheme and we hope to return for the future. This project included Reinforced foundations, Drainage, Services and External Works. Well done to all involved.
Service Safety Month
July 2024 - Having seen in increase in existing services across sites over the past 3 months we have refreshed company wide information to re-ascertain our procedures for operative safety.
This has seen in increase in Vacuum Excavation across sites and further standards introduced to ensure safe working. A positive move forward for all.
charity bike ride
June 2024 - Congratulations to our Operations Director Anthony Moriarty who alongside a number of other local companies embarked on and successfully completed the 263 miles from Cork to Donegal in Aid of Charity. CSR - Local School Improvements
May 2024 - Over the past month we have spent some well needed time assisting a local school with their upgrade plans around child safety. We have removed a number of rotten timber play equipment play items and old fencing. All of which has been upgraded for new. What a fresh new look to the school grounds ready for the next term.
end of year review 23/24
April 2024 - At the start of the month we held our annual review of the year just gone concentrating on lesson learned and business priorities moving forwards. At the end of the session we were joined by renowned performance coach Dr Tom Bates for a positive outlook on the year ahead and personal strengths within everyone. A successful way to start the new working year.
Project completion - citizen homes - Coventry
March 2024 - After two years hard work we have now reached completion on the extended modular homes pilot across the Coventry area. Working alongside Citizen Homes & Mod Pods International 8 disused garage sites have been transformed to provide much needed social housing for the local area.

January 2024 - We are proud of our continue support of local teams and for the second year running have contributed to sponsorship of the Old Halesonians Mini & Junior Club tour in Easter. January 2024 - Practical completion has been achieved at Evo, Corby and with great success. In What has been an extremely difficult scheme from start to finish following administration of both Main contractor and subcontractor before us,. Excellent feedback has been received from Glencar which we trust will build on our working relationship moving forwards. Well Done all involved!

New project award - stanton park
November 2023 - We are delighted to be awarded our next contract alongside Glencar. We have been selected as the preferred delivery partner on the new Stanton Park project in Derbyshire. We trust this will be the first of many phases on the scheme and build towards a successful 2024 with our valued client base.
New Offices!!
October 2023 saw us finally move into our new office location at Pure Offices Longbridge. its been well overdue and definitely brings an upgrade to our daily activities. Please don't hesitate to call in and see us if ever you are close by.
Utilities Division
May 2023 - As we continue to grow, we have started a utilities division. Completing ducting, toby box and cabling requirements for Grain Connect across the streets of
Leicester. This has led to further investment in vehicles, plant and operatives to ensure a successful working relationship.

March 2023 - To further support our growth we have invested in a number of Wacker Neuson Excavators.
